So this was my third time doing 3 day refresh! I love this program because it's a jump start to get back on track. I eat pretty healthy most of the time, but I am normal and often have some things I shouldn't. What really gets me is the BLTs-bites, licks and tastes! I'm currently using Insanity Max 30 as my exercise program, but even though it's intense if your eating gets out of whack, the results aren't as good. I wanted to kick off February with 3 day refresh! 


And it so goes.....it helps to have a buddy to do this with to keep each other on track. 

Was it difficult? Day 1 is always the hardest for me because I give up coffee. But after that it's not that difficult. In fact, it is very doable. I travel for work, so I just prepared my stuff the night before and I was all set. You can also have coffee but it must be black. 



What was my favorite part? I loved the vanilla fresh shakes. I wish I could buy a bag of it. I also loved that I could still have a vegan shakeology each day.

What was my least favorite part? The fiber sweep isn't bad, but the texture is kind of weird. You must drink it immediately or it gets lumpy.


Who should use the 3 day refresh?
Anyone wanting to lose a few pounds quickly. If you get off track, this is a quick way to get a clean start. 

What comes in the kit?
3 shakes, 1 fiber drink, for each day. Then you add 2 fruits, 1 healthy snack, and 1 dinner recipe.
You also must drink purified water and really seems to make a difference. The time before I didn't my results weren't as good. 

I did continue to exercise while doing the 3 day refresh. You might want to do a low impact or use the modifier because your caloric intake will be lower. Approximately 900 calories per day that may vary based on meal selection.) I did notice I was ready for bed earlier. I slept great though, didn't wake up several times like I usually do.

My RESULTS were great! I lost 6.3 pounds and 2.5 inches!!! I know pretty amazing. Just goes to show you I had some junk to get rid of!!! I'm back on track and refresh helped with that. I plan to continue with the 21 day fix meal plan now. Stay tuned for more information about this.
