How’s my 21 Day Fix EXTREME experience?
I started officially on February 16. I had started the 21
day fix meal plan while working on Insanity Max 30 program. My intention last
week was to start the countdown to competition, but because of travel and some
poor planning, I changed my first week around. I actually did most of the week
on the EXTREME plan with 2 days of countdown to competition. I completed all of
the exercises, and they were a bit intense and I’ve been working out
consistently for 16 months! I didn’t miss one and was able to keep up but still
a little sore. I’m excited to begin week 2 because I feel I will do even better
this week.
I tried many of the recipes from the book. I made the turkey
chili and beef stew! Both were delicious.
Another favorite is the pb and j oatmeal! This is yummy!
Turkey meatballs were good.
I’m looking forward to making more recipes this week. I also
will be following the countdown to competition plan this week.
My favorite workouts are Upper and Lower Fix!
I currently have a challenge group (support and motivation
group) on facebook called, Love your body, Love your life! Our challengers are
using the program of their choice, although most of ours are using 21 day fix/
