Core De Force Meal Plan Week 1-Fight For IT!

11/6/16

So I couldn't stand waiting to try this awesome new program for a week, so I previewed all of the workouts last week so I could be ready for my "FIGHT FOR IT" challenge group that starts tomorrow. GUESS WHAT? I love the workouts. I can already tell a difference in my CORE, and I'm super stoked! What I didn't do last week is dial in my nutrition...so I'll be OFFICIALLY starting this new program tomorrow along with my challengers and you got it, DIALING in my nutrition.

So let me tell you what I discovered about the workouts I did this week. To begin with I am SORE....and I didn't think I would be since I have been continuously working out for 3 years...BUT I know my CORE needs work and this seems to be where I am the most sore. And I know different programs have different moves. Next, my legs and butt are getting a good workout, as well as my arms because there are many push-ups. I do like the boxing and kicking and feel I'm getting better at it. Just be prepared to be sore the first week. I plan to use the Beachbbody performance Recover after my workouts this week, along with having my daily shakeology and following the Core De Force Nutrition plan. I know it's a combination of exercise and nutrition and you need BOTH! A well balanced diet free of processed foods, will get you to your goals!

Here is the 30 day calendar for the workouts. So excited to start FRESH tomorrow with Day 1. I do like that each video gives you a preview of the moves you can try before starting the day's workout.

SO now let's talk NUTRITION and Meal Planning! According to the Core De Force Meal Guide I can have Plan A. This plan consists of 3 veggies, 2 fruits, 4 proteins, 2 carbs, 1 healthy fat, 1 seeds & dressing, and 2 oils & nut butters. I like having my three meals, B, L, D, along with two snacks. I am a creature of habit so I usually have my shakeology for Breakfast each day. My favorite recipe is 1 scoop of chocolate vegan shakeology, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tsp of almond butter, a splash of almond milk, ice and water. IT is so YUMMY!

Here is my Week 1 Meal Plan with some of the new CDF Recipes to try!

Let me know if you have questions or need help with your meal planning! Let's all have a great first week!!!
