Hammer & Chisel ---> take 2!

So I started Hammer & Chisel the first time in December. Right after I received the program I was ready to start it. I did great the first two weeks, well then you know the HOLIDAYS happened and I got off track. I was very consistent with my workouts (didn't miss a one!) and had my shakeology each day. BUT....I didn't use my portion containers or follow any food list.

So hence the reason I have decided to RESTART the program. I have successfully almost completed Week 1 of H&C and kept my nutrition in check. I feel great and I'm glad I made the decision to restart. I've really been pushing myself to get the most out of each workout.

My New Year, New ME group is rocking right along too! Some are using Hammer & Chisel, some 21 day fix, some Piyo, and others Insanity Max 30. If you are looking for some motivation and accountability you should join us!!!
