This is the main reason I decided to start 21 Day Fix again, to get back on track with my nutrition.
22 Min Hard Corps
8 weeks -22 minutes a day. with a CORE workout every few days. It's a Boot Camp style work out that provides great results.
I lost 7 lbs and 5 inches while completing this program. I definitely know my arms are super strong and my core is tight.
I didn't miss my energize a single day! I needed this to get me going so I could myself during the 22 minutes of intense workout. I also used Recover and Recharge. I love the Beachbody performance products.
